Official Rules:

1. SPONSOR
This raffle is sponsored by High Canopy LLC, located in Sewanee, Tennessee 37356. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google, Instagram, or Facebook.

2. ELIGIBILITY
The customer raffle is open to any individual who has left or leaves a verified 5-star review for High Canopy LLC during the campaign period. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of High Canopy LLC are not eligible to enter or win.

3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
The campaign begins on September 1, 2026 and ends on April 30, 2027 spanning approximately six months. Entries submitted before the campaign start date from existing reviewers are automatically included.

4. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. One entry per person. Multiple reviews from the same individual will not result in additional entries. Entries are subject to verification.

5. DRAWING SCHEDULE
Drawings will be held once per month throughout the campaign period. In month one, two winners will be drawn. One winner will be drawn each subsequent month. All drawings are random. Previous winners remain eligible for future drawings.

6. PRIZES
Winners will receive a gift card to one of the following local businesses. Gift card values range from $50 to $100. The specific business and value awarded is at the discretion of High Canopy LLC. Prize assignment is final.

7. PRIZE CONDITIONS
Gift cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, exchanged, transferred, or substituted, except at the sole discretion of High Canopy LLC. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing business. High Canopy LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired gift cards once awarded to the winner.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIM PERIOD
Winners will be announced publicly via High Canopy LLC's social media channels (Instagram and/or Facebook). Winners will also be contacted directly via direct message or the contact information associated within the High Canopy CRM database. Winners must claim their prize within 14 days (two weeks) of the announcement date. Failure to claim within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize and a new winner will be drawn.

9. PUBLICITY
By entering, participants agree that High Canopy LLC may feature their Google or facebook review, first name, and any associated job photos on social media and marketing materials. High Canopy LLC will request permission before tagging any individual by name or handle on social media.

10. TENNESSEE STATE COMPLIANCE
This promotion is intended to comply with applicable Tennessee state laws governing sweepstakes and promotional giveaways. This raffle requires no purchase to enter and is therefore classified as a sweepstakes under Tennessee law. High Canopy LLC makes no representation that this promotion is lawful in any jurisdiction outside of Tennessee. Void where prohibited by law.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
High Canopy LLC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the campaign at any time without prior notice in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any circumstance beyond its control. All decisions made by High Canopy LLC regarding this promotion are final. By entering, participants agree to these official rules in their entirety.
